Grant grew up in southern Illinois where he graduated from Carbondale High School and continued his education at Indiana Institute of Technology. At the age of twenty, he founded Northern Lights Entertainment which is the first fire manipulation performance company in Indianapolis, Indiana. While spending time in California, Grant became a certified fire walk instructor and motivational speaker and taught others how to conquer their fears. In 2015, he founded an organization called Northern Lights Entertainment that broke the Guinness World Record of the “Longest Fire Whip Ever Cracked”. Grant moved back to southern Illinois in 2018 and still enjoys the same activities that he grew up doing. A few of those include fishing, kayaking, and fire walking.

Leah was born and raised in the small, scenic town of Ottawa, Illinois. She came to Southern Illinois to pursue a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, and Event Management at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Once graduated, Leah decided to stay in Southern Illinois to build on her exceptional ability to provide personalized, exclusive customer experiences. Her favorite thing about working in a casino is meeting new guests and creating connections with them. In Leah's free time, she likes spending quality time with her friends and family.

Andrew was born and raised in Central Illinois where he lived out his entire youth before moving to Southern Illinois and falling in love with its scenic beauty he found from hiking, fishing, boating and motorcycle riding. He began working for his extended family's residential rental business and finding a passion for providing clean safe homes for families. Andrew managed a gated community for seniors in Carbondale for over 8 years and started a small business with his wife. Andrew's favorite time of the year is taking his yearly vacation with his family to Orlando. His hobbies include spending time with his wife, daughter, spreading kindness and enjoying live music. Andrew started at Walker's Bluff Casino Resort in the slots department and is elated to now be part of the VIP team. He's looking forward to meeting a wide variety of guests and accommodating them in any way he can.
